Children can make a wedding. However all the 'adult bits' such as speeches, food and getting ready can become boring for children and they may become restless, causing their parents to find themselves in an uncomfortable position.

  1. Mobile Creche
    Tailored childcare plan for your wedding or event. Fully trained, insured and DBS checked practitioners will set up a mobile creche in a secure room or area at your event. Ensure your children are entertained through the 'adult bits' of your day and allow your guests to relax.
  2. Event Nanny
    1:1 childcare provided for your family whether it be in the hotel room or in the event itself. Ensure your children are well looked after by fully-trained, DBS checked and insured practitioners.
  3. 'Sleep over' Club
    In a quiet section or room at your event, cushions, mats and blankets will be provided so that your children can rest from the action. TV and 'quiet games' will be provided and mobile cots for those sleepy babies. Run by fully-qualified, DBS checked and insured practitioners. Perfect for an evening event!

Want to simply hire the equipment and not the staff?

No problem!
Packages are tailored to the age and gender of your guests and equipment is supervised by one member of staff.

?Guest at a Wedding

You do not need to be the bride to book us!

If you are attending a wedding and do not have childcare, we can provide childcare for your children either at home (if local to the venue) or in your hotel room. We can stay for as long or as little as you like and we are even happy to take your children out for the day if you so wish!

How do we work?

According to individual requirements such as age, duration and number of children, a quote will be provided to you as per your specifications. 

A booking fee will be required to ensure your date is saved, the venue can be risk assessed and the venues fire regulations are met. We will then carry this out and inform you of the outcome. 

A final face-to-face meeting will take place at a time suitable to you before the event to ensure that your individual needs are met and any questions can be answered. 

We will turn up on the day to carry out your requirements. You do not need to do anything on the day; we will set up and pack away. Remember, we save the whole day so should you need to extend the hours we would be happy to do so!

All of our events are unique so our prices reflect your individual requirements.

We abide by ratios according to law which are currently;
1:3 for under 2's
1:4 for 2-3's
1:8 for 3+

The price we quote you is based on the number of children, type of service and the duration.

We will reply to your message with a bespoke price within 24 hours; please include, extimated number of children, ages of children, location of venue, type of service (can be a mixture eg. Mobile creche daytime, event nannies in the evening), and duration. Thank you.

We can travel nationwide at an extra charge which varies dependant on the service you have chosen.

Yes, we have tables and chairs for the children however the food would need to be provided by the venue or the parents. This would be disscussed with the venue. 
This would be according to the individual venue and how close the creche is to the event. This would be assessed when the risk assessment is carried out and you will be informed of the descision.

Although we do our upmost to be as inclusive as we can, we will provide care for most individual needs however, those with complex medical needs would need to discussed with us prior to booking, as we cannot administer certain  medications due to health and safety requirements.
